Christmas Eve Lights

"And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory,

the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,

full of grace and truth."

~John 1:14

This.  This is what I've looked forward to all Advent . . . hundreds and hundreds of little candle lights twinkling in celebration, in awe, in worship of the One Who came to be WITH us, Who came to dwell in us who call on Him for salvation.

 "The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light;

Those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death,

upon them a light has shined."

~Isaiah 9:2

 "Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying,

'I am the Light of the World.

He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness,

but have the light of life.'"

~John 8:12

It's almost time.

The manger beckons.

Come.  And worship.
