So one of the many advantages about living at PawPaw and MawMaw's house (temporarily) is that we can go swimming. Every day. We really enjoyed the pool on Memorial Day. Hannah Kate loves the water. She's very independent though and won't let you hang on to her for long. She is something else!Mason loves the water, too. Please don't ask about the boo-boo . . . I really don't know how it happened because I wasn't in the room, but it had something to do with Hannah Kate, a puzzle piece he wanted and the brick fireplace. He has yet to really come clean with the whole story, and Hannah Kate isn't talking either. When Mason's Sunday School teacher asked him what happened, he told her, "I don't want to talk about it." I guess he's just trying to keep up with his sister (for those of you familiar with Hannah Kate's story . . . bar stool, ceramic tile, fall, forehead, 911, ambulance . . .)Hannah Kate is rather prissy in her floaties and swim suit (or "suip," as she calls it).Hannah Kate loves loves LOVES jumping off the diving board. As a matter of fact, it's hard to keep her off of the thing. Here she is getting ready . . .1 . . . 2 . . . 3 . . . JUMP! Notice she's smiling . . .She's still smiling! And, although I can't see her face, I'm sure she's still smiling!
Abbie and Seth
Yep, that's Hannah Kate! Even though this picture is a bit blurry, you can still see her smile! Oh, and Mason is scared to death to do this and refuses to let Seth throw him up in the air!

Mothering makes a difference in the life of your child. You are the mother your child needs. God has chosen you for the job. No one else in the world can mean as much to your child as you. ~Author Unknown
Hannah Kate (17 months), Mommy and Mason (almost 4)
Yesterday we went to our land to stake off the area where we need to have dirt poured to build up the ground a bit before pouring the slab for the foundation. We met this Mama Duck and her babies, all 8 of them!
